Ingredients
- 100 g Celery Stalk
- 200 g D'Lecta 100% Cheddar Cheese Slices
- 200 g Sambar Onion Peeled (Sambar Kanda)
- 250 g Organically Grown Green Capsicum
- 1 pc Organically Grown American Corn Cob
- 250 g French Beans - 250 G
- 200 g Livyor Raw Sunflower Seeds
- 1 pc (200 g) Amul Sour Cream
- 295 g Britannia Nutrichoice Sugar Free Cracker
- 125 g Mooz Butter Garlic & Herbes
Instructions
- 1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a casserole dish with butter or a Halal-friendly alternative.
- 2. In a large mixing bowl, combine 1/2 cup diced celery, 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese, 1/2 cup sour cream, 1/2 cup diced onion, 1/4 cup diced green bell pepper, 1 can of cream of celery soup, 1 cup of corn, and 1 can of drained french beans. Mix thoroughly until well combined.
- 3. Pour the vegetable mixture into the greased casserole dish, spreading it out evenly.
- 4. In a separate bowl, mix 1 package of crushed crackers, 1/4 cup melted butter, and 1/2 cup sunflower seeds. Stir until the crackers are evenly coated.
- 5. Sprinkle the cracker and sunflower seed mixture evenly over the top of the vegetable mixture in the casserole dish.
- 6. Bake the casserole in the preheated oven for 45 minutes, or until the top is golden brown and the casserole is bubbling around the edges.
