Instructions
- 1. In a large bowl, combine 1 1/4 cups mayonnaise, 2 tablespoons rice vinegar, 2 teaspoons tomato paste, 1 teaspoon sugar, 1 teaspoon garlic paste, 1/2 teaspoon paprika, and 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper. Whisk until smooth and refrigerate until needed.
- 2. Cook 16 oz udon noodles according to package instructions, drain, and set aside.
- 3. Prepare 1 cup of white rice according to package instructions and set aside.
- 4. In a medium saucepan, melt 3 cups butter over low heat and keep warm until needed.
- 5. Preheat a large skillet or wok over medium heat. Add 1 cup of the butter mixture and stir-fry 1 spring onion (sliced), 2 carrots (julienned), 3 zucchinis (sliced), and 1/2 head of broccoli (cut into florets) until the onions are soft but the carrots and zucchini retain some crunch. Remove the vegetables from the skillet and set aside.

- 7. Sprinkle 1 lb halal chicken breast (cut into bite-sized pieces) and 1 lb shrimp (peeled and deveined) with 1 tablespoon garlic paste. Add the remaining butter mixture to the skillet and cook the chicken and shrimp until fully cooked through, about 5-7 minutes.
- 8. To serve, place the noodles on a plate, top with the cooked chicken and shrimp, and arrange the white rice and stir-fried vegetables on the side. Drizzle generously with the prepared white sauce.
- 9. Enjoy your delicious halal teppanyaki dinner!
