Ingredients
- 500 g Pluckk Organic Hybrid Tomatoes
- 250 g Organically Grown Green Capsicum
- 100 g Sambar Onion Peeled
- 100 g Garlic - Single Clove
- 1 pc (1 kg) Tata Salt 2 In 1 Shakti Jar
- 2 x 170 ml Masterchow White Vinegar - Pack Of 2
- 50 g Catch Sprinklers - Black Pepper Powder
Instructions
- 1. Wash and chop 6 cups of tomatoes, 2 cups of green peppers, and 3/4 cup of onions into small pieces.
- 2. Mince 2 cloves of garlic and set aside.
- 3. In a large pot, combine the chopped tomatoes, green peppers, onions, minced garlic, 1 1/2 teaspoons of salt, 1 cup of white vinegar, and 1 teaspoon of ground black pepper.
- 4. Bring the mixture to a boil over medium heat, stirring occasionally, and let it cook for 30 minutes uncovered.
- 5. Reduce the heat to low and simmer for an additional 20 minutes, stirring occasionally to prevent sticking.
- 6. Carefully ladle the hot salsa into sterilized jars, leaving some space at the top, and seal tightly.
- 7. Process the sealed jars in boiling water for 20 minutes to ensure proper preservation.
- 8. Allow the jars to cool completely before storing. Serve the salsa as a dip or topping for your favorite dishes.
