Ingredients
- 10 g Fresh Thyme
- 10 g Thyme
- 500 g Carrot
- 100 g Sambar Onion Peeled
- 500 g Organically Grown Sweet Potato
- 100 g Celery
- 1 pc (52 g) On1Y Paprika Powder
- 75 Nos Oregano Sachet
- 100 g Catch Sprinklers - Iodized Table Salt
- 100 g Dg1 Garlic Powder
- 1 pack (100 g) Tata Sampann Pure Black Pepper Powder
- 80 g Knorr Vegetables Stock Cubes
Instructions
- 1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- 2. Spray a shallow roasting pan with non-stick cooking spray. Place the halal sirloin in the center of the pan.
- 3. Arrange the sweet potato, carrots, onion, and celery around the sirloin. Pour the vegetable stock evenly over the vegetables.
- 4. In a small bowl, mix together thyme, paprika, oregano, salt, garlic powder, thyme, and black pepper. Sprinkle this seasoning mixture over the sirloin and vegetables.
- 5. Roast the dish uncovered for 40 to 45 minutes, or until the sirloin reaches your desired level of doneness. Remove the sirloin from the pan, place it on a cutting board, and cover it with foil. Let it rest for 10 minutes.
- 6. Stir the vegetables in the pan and return them to the oven for an additional 10 minutes, or until they are tender and slightly caramelized.
- 7. Slice the rested sirloin thinly and serve it over the roasted vegetables. Serve immediately.
