  • 100 g Sambar Onion Peeled
  • 500 g Organically Grown Sweet Potato
  • 100 g Celery
  • 1 pc (52 g) On1Y Paprika Powder
  • 75 Nos Oregano Sachet
  • 100 g Catch Sprinklers - Iodized Table Salt
  • 100 g Dg1 Garlic Powder
  • 1 pack (100 g) Tata Sampann Pure Black Pepper Powder
  • 80 g Knorr Vegetables Stock Cubes

Instructions

  1. 1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. 2. Spray a shallow roasting pan with non-stick cooking spray. Place the halal sirloin in the center of the pan.
  3. 3. Arrange the sweet potato, carrots, onion, and celery around the sirloin. Pour the vegetable stock evenly over the vegetables.
  4. 4. In a small bowl, mix together thyme, paprika, oregano, salt, garlic powder, thyme, and black pepper. Sprinkle this seasoning mixture over the sirloin and vegetables.
  5. 5. Roast the dish uncovered for 40 to 45 minutes, or until the sirloin reaches your desired level of doneness. Remove the sirloin from the pan, place it on a cutting board, and cover it with foil. Let it rest for 10 minutes.
  6. 6. Stir the vegetables in the pan and return them to the oven for an additional 10 minutes, or until they are tender and slightly caramelized.
  7. 7. Slice the rested sirloin thinly and serve it over the roasted vegetables. Serve immediately.
