Ingredients

  • 100 g Sambar Onion Peeled
  • 200 g Hello Tempayy Simply Natural Tempeh Crumbles
  • 200 g Hydroponic Sweet Bell Pepper (Cocktail)
  • 400 Ml Kara Coconut Cream
  • 900 G Kikkoman Naturally Brewed Dark Soy Sauce
  • 140 g Ching'S Secret Chowmein Noodles (With Free Masala Pouch)

Instructions

  1. 1. Preheat your oven to 325°F (165°C).
  2. 2. In a large skillet over medium heat, brown 500 g of tempeh with 1/2 cup of diced bell pepper and 1/2 a diced onion. Stir in 2 tablespoons of soy sauce and cook until the tempeh is heated through and the vegetables are softened.
  3. 3. Add 1 can of coconut cream and 1 can of coconut cream to the skillet. Mix well to combine.
  4. 4. Transfer the mixture to a 9 x 13-inch baking dish and spread it out evenly.
  5. 5. Bake the dish in the preheated oven for 1 hour.
  6. 6. Remove the dish from the oven and evenly sprinkle 2 cups of chow mein noodles on top.
  7. 7. Return the dish to the oven and bake for an additional 30 minutes, or until the noodles are golden and crispy.
