Ingredients
- 25 g Parsley
- 500 g X 2 Organically Grown Potato Combo
- 200 g Orange Carrot (Gajar)
- 200 g Peeled Sambhar Onion By Urban Harvest
- 100 g Old Hill Parmesan Cheese
- 100 g Catch Sprinklers - Iodized Table Salt
- 50 g On1Y Black Peppercorns With Grinder
- 1 pc (52 g) On1Y Paprika Powder
- 100 ml Oleev Olivana Natural Olive Oil (Bottle)
Instructions
- 1. Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
- 2. In a 1 1/2-quart covered round casserole dish, layer 2 cups of sliced potatoes, 1 cup of sliced carrots, and 1 sliced onion.
- 3. Proceed directly to seasoning the vegetables.
- 4. Sprinkle the layers with 1/2 teaspoon of parsley, 1/2 teaspoon of salt, and 1/4 teaspoon of black pepper.
- 5. Dot the mixture with 4 tablespoons of olive oil.
- 6. Repeat the layering process with the remaining 2 cups of sliced potatoes, 1 cup of sliced carrots, 1 sliced onion, 1/2 teaspoon of parsley, 1/2 teaspoon of salt, 1/4 teaspoon of black pepper, and 4 tablespoons of olive oil.
- 7. Cover the casserole dish and bake in the preheated oven for 35 to 40 minutes.
- 8. Remove the cover, sprinkle 1/4 cup of grated parmesan cheese and 1/4 teaspoon of paprika evenly over the dish.
- 9. Continue baking, uncovered, for an additional 10 minutes, or until the vegetables are fork-tender and the cheese is melted.
