Ingredients
- 30 Pieces Dr.Hen Table White Egg 30 Pcs
- 5 kg Whole Farm Grocery Sugar (5 Kg)
- 100 g Catch Sprinklers - Iodized Table Salt
- 2 ltr Figaro Extra Light Olive Oil
- 125 g Mooz Butter Garlic & Herbes
- 141 g Pam Grilling Grillades Cooking Spray
- 1 pack (500 g) Popular Essentials Regular Maida Flour
Instructions
- 1. Place 3 1/4 cups of Popular Essentials Regular Maida Flour, 1/4 cup of Whole Farm Grocery Sugar, 1 teaspoon of Catch Sprinklers - Iodized Table Salt, 1 tablespoon of Whole Farm Grocery Sugar, 1 Dr.Hen Table White Egg, 1 tablespoon of Figaro Extra Light Olive Oil, and 1 tablespoon of Mooz Butter Garlic & Herbes (softened, not melted) into a stand mixer or bread maker in the order listed. Separately, dissolve 2 tablespoons of Whole Farm Grocery Sugar in 2 tablespoons of warm water and add this mixture to the bowl.
- 2. If using a stand mixer, set it to speed 2 and knead the dough for 8 minutes. If using a bread maker, select the dough setting and let it run for the kneading cycle.
- 3. After kneading, remove the dough from the mixer or bread maker. Lightly spray a mixing bowl with Pam Grilling Grillades Cooking Spray, shape the dough into a ball, and place it back into the bowl. Cover with plastic wrap or a clean towel and let it rise for 1 hour in a warm place.
- 4. Once the dough has risen, transfer it to a lightly sprayed surface. Shape the dough into an oval and press it down gently. Cut the dough into 5 even strips, then divide each strip into 3-6 pieces, depending on your desired roll size.
- 5. Shape each piece into a round roll using your hands and place them on a greased baking sheet, leaving some space between each roll.
- 6. Brush the tops of the rolls with 1 tablespoon of softened Mooz Butter Garlic & Herbes to give them a golden finish.
- 7. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Bake the rolls for 20 minutes or until they are golden brown and cooked through.
- 8. Remove the rolls from the oven and let them cool slightly before serving. Enjoy them warm as a side dish or with your favorite meal.
