- 500 g Carrot
- 100 g Sambar Onion Peeled
- 2 Pieces Red & Yellow Bell Pepper - Protected Cultivation
- 100 g Celery Stalk
- 500 g Organically Grown Tomato (Hybrid) (Tamatar)
- 70 g Namakwali Authentic Mix Seasoning Flavoured Salt
- 1 pc (50 g) Everest Tasteeto Black Pepper | Grinder Cap Bottle
- 200 g Urban Platter Vegetable Bouillon And Broth Powder
Instructions
- 1. Wash and chop 1 lb of carrots, 2 onions, 2 bell peppers, 3 stalks of celery, and 1 tomato into bite-sized pieces.
- 2. In a large pot, combine the chopped vegetables with 2 vegetable bouillon cubes and enough water to cover the ingredients.
- 3. Place the pot on high heat and bring the mixture to a boil.
- 4. Once boiling, reduce the heat to medium-high, cover the pot, and let it simmer for 20-25 minutes or until the carrots are tender but not mushy.
- 5. Stir occasionally to ensure even cooking and adjust seasoning with salt and pepper to taste.
