- 1 pc Organically Grown American Corn Cob
- 500 ml Conscious Food Cold Pressed Coconut Oil
- 100 g X 3 Mtr Turmeric Powder | Arisina Pudi Combo
- 100 g Tata Sampann Whole Spices Cumin Seed
Instructions
- 1. In a small saucepan, melt 1/3 cup of butter over low heat.
- 2. Stir in 1 tablespoon of grated fresh turmeric, 1 teaspoon of Worcestershire sauce (Jain-friendly), 1/4 teaspoon of, and a pinch of asafoetida (hing). Mix well to combine the flavors.
- 3. Place each ear of corn on a 12 x 9-inch piece of heavy-duty foil.
- 4. Drizzle the spiced butter mixture evenly over each ear of corn, ensuring they are well coated.
- 5. Fold the edges of the foil to create a sealed pouch, leaving some space inside for steam to circulate.
- 6. Preheat a grill to medium heat. Place the foil-wrapped corn on the grill and cook for 15 minutes, turning occasionally to ensure even cooking.
