Ingredients

  • 200 g Paneer
  • 1pc Avocado
  • 200 g Dahi
  • 500 g Tomato - Hybrid
  • 250 g Cucumber
  • medium Chilli Green Long
  • 50 g Black Pepper Powder
  • 250 ml Olive Oil
  • 100 g Coriander Leaves
  • 100 g Jeera Powder
  • 100 g Salt
  • 1 pc (approx. 500 g to 800 g) Cabbage
  • - Chaat Masala
  • 50 g Asafoetida Powder

Instructions

  1. Step 1: Begin by preparing the paneer. Cut the paneer into thin slices or cubes and set aside.
  2. Step 2: In a small bowl, mix 1/4 teaspoon asafoetida powder, 1/2 teaspoon black pepper powder, 1/2 teaspoon jeera powder, 1/4 teaspoon chaat masala, and a pinch of salt with 2 tablespoons dahi to create a marinade.
  3. Step 3: Coat the paneer slices or cubes evenly in the prepared marinade and let them sit for 10 minutes to absorb the flavors.
  4. Step 4: While the paneer marinates, wash and finely shred the cabbage. Slice the cucumber and tomato into thin rounds. Set these vegetables aside.
  5. Step 5: Peel and slice the avocado into thin wedges. Sprinkle a pinch of salt and black pepper powder over the avocado slices for flavor.
  6. Step 6: Heat 1 tablespoon olive oil in a grill pan over medium heat. Add the marinated paneer and grill for 2-3 minutes on each side until golden brown and slightly crisp.
  7. Step 7: Finely chop the coriander leaves and thinly slice the green chili. Mix them with the shredded cabbage for added freshness and spice.
  8. Step 8: Warm the whole grain wraps on a flat skillet for 30 seconds on each side to make them pliable.
  9. Step 9: Assemble the wrap by layering the grilled paneer, shredded cabbage mixture, cucumber slices, tomato rounds, and avocado wedges onto the center of the warmed wrap.
