Ingredients

  • 200 g Dahi
  • - Besan
  • 25 g Kasuri Methi
  • 500 g Capsicum Green
  • 250 ml Lemon Juice Concentrate
  • 500 g Tomato - Hybrid
  • 1 Kg R.C. Fish
  • 200 ml Mustard Oil
  • - Coriander Powder
  • 50g Everest Garam Masala
  • 100 g Jeera Powder
  • 100 g Red Chili Powder
  • 100 g Salt
  • 20 g Turmeric Powder
  • 25 g Ginger Garlic Paste

Instructions

  1. 1. In a large mixing bowl, whisk the yogurt, gram flour, turmeric powder, red chili powder, garam masala, ground cumin, coriander powder, lemon juice, mustard oil, salt, and dried fenugreek leaves to form a smooth marinade.
  2. 2. Add the paneer cubes, bell pepper, tomato, and capsicum into the marinade. Mix gently to coat everything evenly. Cover the bowl and let it marinate in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes.
  3. 3. While the paneer marinates, soak wooden skewers in water for 20 minutes to prevent burning, or prepare metal skewers.
  4. 4. Preheat a grill or grill pan to medium-high heat. Thread the marinated paneer and vegetables alternately onto the skewers.
  5. 5. Place the skewers on the grill and cook for 15-20 minutes, turning occasionally, until the paneer is golden and slightly charred and the vegetables are tender.
  6. 6. Remove the skewers from the grill and serve hot with mint chutney or a side of fresh salad.
