- 25 g Kasuri Methi

- 200 ml Mustard Oil
- 20 g Turmeric Powder

- 100 g Red Chili Powder

- 300 g Ginger Paste

Instructions
- 1. Cut the chicken breast into bite-sized pieces and set aside in a large bowl.
- 2. In a separate bowl, prepare the marinade by mixing plain yogurt, lemon juice, mustard oil, turmeric powder, ground cumin, ground coriander, red chili powder, garam masala, asafoetida, salt, and dried fenugreek leaves.
