Ingredients
- 200 g Paneer
- 2 pcs Zucchini
- - Baby Tomatoes
- 200 g Dahi
- 250 ml Olive Oil
- 100 g Hing Khoda
- 250 ml Lemon Juice Concentrate
- 100 g Coriander Leaves
- 500 g Capsicum Green
- - Coriander Powder
- 100 g Jeera Powder
- 100 g Red Chili Powder
- 100 g Salt
- 20 g Turmeric Powder
Instructions
- 1. In a mixing bowl, combine yogurt, olive oil, cumin powder, coriander powder, turmeric powder, red chili powder, hing, lemon juice, and salt to create a marinade.
- 2. Add the paneer cubes, diced capsicum, sliced zucchini, and cherry tomatoes to the marinade. Mix gently to coat everything evenly. Let it marinate for 15 minutes.
- 3. Preheat a grill pan or tawa over medium heat. Arrange the marinated paneer and vegetables on the pan and grill for 3-4 minutes on each side until they develop a slight char.
- 4. Once grilled, transfer the paneer and vegetables to a serving bowl. Garnish with freshly chopped coriander.
