- 100 g Chia Seeds
- - Toned Milk
- 50 g Honey
- 400 g Curd
- 200 g Strawberry
- 100 g Blueberry
- - Granola Bars
- 100G California Almond (100g)
- Unsalted Sliced Pistachio (Unsalted) (100g)
- 20 g Cardamom Powder
Instructions
- 1. In a bowl, combine the chia seeds and milk, stirring well to avoid clumping. Let it sit for 20 minutes or until the chia seeds swell and form a gel-like consistency.
- 2. In another bowl, mix the Greek yogurt with honey and cardamom powder until smooth and well combined.
- 3. Wash and chop the strawberries into small pieces. Keep the blueberries whole.
- 4. To assemble the parfait, take a serving glass or bowl and layer 2 tablespoons of the yogurt mixture at the bottom.
- 5. Add a layer of the chia seed mixture, followed by a layer of chopped strawberries and blueberries.
- 6. Repeat the layering process until the glass is full, finishing with a layer of yogurt on top.
- 7. Sprinkle granola, slivered almonds, and chopped pistachios on the top layer for a crunchy and nutty finish.
