Ingredients

  • 100 g Chia Seeds
  • - Toned Milk
  • 50 g Honey
  • 400 g Curd
  • 200 g Strawberry
  • 100 g Blueberry
  • - Granola Bars
  • 100G California Almond (100g)
  • Unsalted Sliced Pistachio (Unsalted) (100g)
  • 20 g Cardamom Powder

Instructions

  1. 1. In a bowl, combine the chia seeds and milk, stirring well to avoid clumping. Let it sit for 20 minutes or until the chia seeds swell and form a gel-like consistency.
  2. 2. In another bowl, mix the Greek yogurt with honey and cardamom powder until smooth and well combined.
  3. 3. Wash and chop the strawberries into small pieces. Keep the blueberries whole.
  4. 4. To assemble the parfait, take a serving glass or bowl and layer 2 tablespoons of the yogurt mixture at the bottom.
  5. 5. Add a layer of the chia seed mixture, followed by a layer of chopped strawberries and blueberries.
  6. 6. Repeat the layering process until the glass is full, finishing with a layer of yogurt on top.
  7. 7. Sprinkle granola, slivered almonds, and chopped pistachios on the top layer for a crunchy and nutty finish.
  8. 8. Serve immediately or refrigerate for 10-15 minutes before serving to allow the flavors to meld together.
