- 1 head Cauliflower
- - Green Peas
- 500 g Tomato - Hybrid
- 200Ml Kara Coconut Milk Classic (200ml)
- 100G Oleo
- 100 g Hing Khoda
- 100 g Coriander Leaves
- 250 g French Beans
- - Coriander Powder
- 50g Everest Garam Masala
- 100 g Jeera
- 100 g Red Chili Powder
- 100 g Salt
- 20 g Turmeric Powder
Instructions
- 1. Heat vegetable oil in a large pan over medium heat. Add cumin seeds and hing, letting them sizzle for 30 seconds to release their aroma.
- 2. Add finely chopped tomatoes to the pan and cook for 5-7 minutes until softened and the oil begins to separate.
- 3. Stir in turmeric powder, coriander powder, red chili powder, and garam masala, cooking for 1-2 minutes to toast the spices.
- 4. Add the cauliflower florets, green beans, and green peas to the pan. Mix well to coat the vegetables with the spices.
- 5. Pour in the coconut milk and stir. Lower the heat to simmer and cook for 15-20 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the vegetables are tender and the curry thickens.
