Ingredients
- 1 Kg Lokwan Premium Wheat Atta 1 Kg
- - Green Peas
- 200 g Paneer
- 100 g Hing Khoda
- 200 ml Mustard Oil
- 200 g Dahi
- 1 pc (approx. 500 g to 800 g) Cabbage
- 500 g Capsicum Green
- 100 g Coriander Leaves
- 100 g Jeera
- 100 g Red Chili Powder
- 100 g Salt
- 20 g Turmeric Powder
- 500 g Tomato - Hybrid
Instructions
- 1. Prepare the dough by combining whole wheat flour, salt, and yogurt (optional) in a bowl. Knead into a soft dough and let it rest for 15 minutes.
- 2. Heat 1 tbsp oil in a pan and add cumin seeds and hing. Once aromatic, add cabbage, capsicum, tomatoes, and green peas. Cook for 5-7 minutes until vegetables soften.
- 3. Stir in turmeric powder, red chili powder, salt, and grated paneer. Cook for another 2-3 minutes. Turn off the heat and mix in fresh coriander leaves. Let the filling cool slightly.
- 4. Divide the dough into equal portions and roll out each portion into a thin paratha. Heat a tawa (flat griddle) on medium heat and cook each paratha for 1-2 minutes on each side until golden brown, using a little oil if needed.
- 5. Place a generous amount of the prepared filling onto each paratha and roll tightly into a wrap. Press gently to seal the edges.
- 6. Serve warm with mint chutney or yogurt dip for a delightful breakfast experience.
