  • 500 Grms Bajra Atta Millets Atta 500 Grms
  • - Besan
  • 250 g Spinach
  • 250 g Carrot
  • 200 g Dahi
  • 200 ml Mustard Oil
  • 1 kg Bell Peppers
  • 50 g Asafoetida Powder
  • medium Chilli Green Long
  • 100 g Coriander Leaves
  • 100 g Jeera
  • 100 g Red Chili Powder
  • 100 g Salt
  • 20 g Turmeric Powder

Instructions

  1. 1. In a mixing bowl, combine foxtail millet flour, chickpea flour, cumin seeds, turmeric powder, red chili powder, asafoetida, and salt. Mix well.
  2. 2. Add finely chopped spinach, grated carrot, chopped bell peppers, green chili, and coriander leaves to the dry mixture. Stir to combine.
  3. 3. Gradually add yogurt and water to the mixture, stirring to form a smooth, pourable batter. Let it rest for 10 minutes.
  4. 4. Heat a tawa or non-stick skillet on medium heat and lightly grease it with oil.
  5. 5. Pour a ladleful of batter onto the tawa and spread it gently to form a pancake about 4-5 inches in diameter.
  6. 6. Cook for 2-3 minutes on one side until golden brown, then flip and cook for another 2-3 minutes until fully cooked. Repeat with the remaining batter.
