- 500 Grms Bajra Atta Millets Atta 500 Grms
- - Besan
- 250 g Spinach
- 250 g Carrot
- 200 g Dahi
- 200 ml Mustard Oil
- 1 kg Bell Peppers
- 50 g Asafoetida Powder
- medium Chilli Green Long
- 100 g Coriander Leaves
- 100 g Jeera
- 100 g Red Chili Powder
- 100 g Salt
- 20 g Turmeric Powder
Instructions
- 1. In a mixing bowl, combine foxtail millet flour, chickpea flour, cumin seeds, turmeric powder, red chili powder, asafoetida, and salt. Mix well.
- 2. Add finely chopped spinach, grated carrot, chopped bell peppers, green chili, and coriander leaves to the dry mixture. Stir to combine.
- 3. Gradually add yogurt and water to the mixture, stirring to form a smooth, pourable batter. Let it rest for 10 minutes.
- 4. Heat a tawa or non-stick skillet on medium heat and lightly grease it with oil.
- 5. Pour a ladleful of batter onto the tawa and spread it gently to form a pancake about 4-5 inches in diameter.
- 6. Cook for 2-3 minutes on one side until golden brown, then flip and cook for another 2-3 minutes until fully cooked. Repeat with the remaining batter.
- 7. Serve the pancakes hot with plain yogurt or spicy green chutney for a balanced, flavorful breakfast.
