Ingredients
- 200 g Paneer
- 1 pc (approx. 500 g to 800 g) Cabbage
- - Green Peas
- 300 g Ginger Paste
- 100G Oleo
- 500 g Tomato - Hybrid
- 500 g Capsicum Green
- medium Chilli Green Long
- 100 g Coriander Leaves
- - Coriander Powder
- 50g Everest Garam Masala
- 100 g Jeera
- 100 g Red Chili Powder
- 100 g Salt
- 20 g Turmeric Powder
Instructions
- 1. Heat 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil on a tawa or flat pan over medium heat. Add cubed paneer and cook until golden on all sides, then remove and set aside.
- 2. Add the remaining 1 tablespoon of oil to the tawa, and once hot, add cumin seeds. Allow them to splutter, then sauté ginger paste and green chili for 1 minute.
- 3. Add diced bell pepper, tomato, and cabbage to the tawa. Sprinkle turmeric powder, coriander powder, and red chili powder. Mix well and cook for 5-7 minutes until vegetables are tender.
- 4. Stir in boiled green peas, garam masala, and salt, cooking for another 2 minutes to combine flavors.
- 5. Return the golden paneer cubes to the tawa and gently mix them with the vegetables. Cook for 2-3 minutes to allow the paneer to absorb the spices.
- 6. Garnish with chopped fresh coriander leaves and serve hot with whole wheat parathas or toasted bread.
