- 500 g Tomato - Hybrid
- 500 g Capsicum Green
- 100 g Coriander Leaves
- 50G Green Chilies
- 20 g Turmeric Powder
- 100 g Red Chili Powder
- 100 g Hing Khoda
- 100 g Jeera
- 100 g Salt
- 50g Everest Garam Masala
- 200 ml Mustard Oil
Instructions
- 1. In a mixing bowl, combine gram flour, turmeric powder, red chili powder, hing, cumin seeds, garam masala, and salt. Gradually add water to form a smooth batter with a pourable consistency.
- 2. Stir in the chopped tomato, capsicum, coriander leaves, and green chilies, ensuring the vegetables are evenly distributed in the batter.
- 3. Heat a tawa (flat griddle) over medium heat and lightly grease it with oil. Pour a ladleful of batter onto the tawa and spread it gently into a circular shape.
- 4. Cook the cheela on medium heat for 2-3 minutes until the edges start to lift and the bottom turns golden brown. Flip the cheela and cook the other side for an additional 2-3 minutes.
