Ingredients
- - Malai Paneer
- 1 Kg Lokwan Premium Wheat Atta 1 Kg
- medium Chilli Green Long
- 100 g Coriander Leaves
- 100 g Jeera
- 20 g Turmeric Powder
- 200 ml Ghee
- 400 g Curd
- 50g Everest Garam Masala
- 100 g Red Chili Powder
- 100 g Salt
Instructions
- 1. In a mixing bowl, combine whole wheat flour, a pinch of salt, and curd (if using). Gradually add water and knead into a soft dough. Cover and let it rest for 15 minutes.
- 2. Prepare the filling by mixing crumbled paneer, chopped coriander, green chili, cumin seeds, turmeric powder, garam masala, red chili powder, and salt in a bowl. Ensure the mixture is evenly combined.
- 3. Divide the dough into equal portions and roll each into a ball. Flatten each ball slightly and roll it out into a small disc.
- 4. Place a spoonful of the paneer filling in the center of the disc, fold the edges to enclose the filling, and gently roll it out again into a round paratha.
- 5. Heat a tawa on medium heat and grease it lightly with ghee. Place the rolled paratha on the tawa and cook for 1-2 minutes on each side, flipping occasionally, until golden brown spots appear.
- 6. Repeat the process for the remaining dough and filling. Serve hot with yogurt or mint chutney for added flavor.
