Ingredients

  • - Malai Paneer
  • 1 Kg Lokwan Premium Wheat Atta 1 Kg
  • medium Chilli Green Long
  • 100 g Coriander Leaves
  • 100 g Jeera
  • 20 g Turmeric Powder
  • 200 ml Ghee
  • 400 g Curd
  • 50g Everest Garam Masala
  • 100 g Red Chili Powder
  • 100 g Salt

Instructions

  1. 1. In a mixing bowl, combine whole wheat flour, a pinch of salt, and curd (if using). Gradually add water and knead into a soft dough. Cover and let it rest for 15 minutes.
  2. 2. Prepare the filling by mixing crumbled paneer, chopped coriander, green chili, cumin seeds, turmeric powder, garam masala, red chili powder, and salt in a bowl. Ensure the mixture is evenly combined.
  3. 3. Divide the dough into equal portions and roll each into a ball. Flatten each ball slightly and roll it out into a small disc.
  4. 4. Place a spoonful of the paneer filling in the center of the disc, fold the edges to enclose the filling, and gently roll it out again into a round paratha.
  5. 5. Heat a tawa on medium heat and grease it lightly with ghee. Place the rolled paratha on the tawa and cook for 1-2 minutes on each side, flipping occasionally, until golden brown spots appear.
  6. 6. Repeat the process for the remaining dough and filling. Serve hot with yogurt or mint chutney for added flavor.
