- 200 g Paneer
- - Green Peas
- 500 g Tomato - Hybrid
- 500 g Onion
- 200 ml Mustard Oil
- 50 g Black Pepper Powder
- 100 g Coriander Leaves
- - Coriander Powder
- 50g Everest Garam Masala
- 50G Green Chilies
- 100 g Jeera
- 250 ml Lemon Juice Concentrate
- 100 g Red Chili Powder
- 100 g Salt
- 20 g Turmeric Powder
Instructions
- 1. Heat the oil on a tawa or flat pan over medium heat and add cumin seeds. Let them splutter for a few seconds.
- 2. Add the chopped onions and green chilies. Sauté until the onions turn golden brown, about 4-5 minutes.
- 3. Stir in the chopped tomatoes and cook until they soften and release their juices, about 6-7 minutes.
- 4. Add turmeric, coriander powder, red chili powder, and salt. Cook the spices for 1-2 minutes until aromatic.
- 5. Add the boiled green peas and mix well, mashing them slightly with the back of a spoon for better texture.
- 6. Add the crumbled paneer and gently combine with the spice mixture. Cook for 5-6 minutes, ensuring the paneer absorbs the flavors.
- 7. Sprinkle garam masala and black pepper, then stir well. Cook for another minute to combine the flavors.
- 8. Turn off the heat and drizzle lemon juice over the bhurji. Garnish with fresh coriander leaves.
