  • - Green Peas
  • 500 g Tomato - Hybrid
  • 500 g Onion
  • 200 ml Mustard Oil
  • 50 g Black Pepper Powder
  • 100 g Coriander Leaves
  • - Coriander Powder
  • 50g Everest Garam Masala
  • 50G Green Chilies
  • 100 g Jeera
  • 250 ml Lemon Juice Concentrate
  • 100 g Red Chili Powder
  • 100 g Salt
  • 20 g Turmeric Powder

Instructions

  1. 1. Heat the oil on a tawa or flat pan over medium heat and add cumin seeds. Let them splutter for a few seconds.
  2. 2. Add the chopped onions and green chilies. Sauté until the onions turn golden brown, about 4-5 minutes.
  3. 3. Stir in the chopped tomatoes and cook until they soften and release their juices, about 6-7 minutes.
  4. 4. Add turmeric, coriander powder, red chili powder, and salt. Cook the spices for 1-2 minutes until aromatic.
  5. 5. Add the boiled green peas and mix well, mashing them slightly with the back of a spoon for better texture.
  6. 6. Add the crumbled paneer and gently combine with the spice mixture. Cook for 5-6 minutes, ensuring the paneer absorbs the flavors.
  7. 7. Sprinkle garam masala and black pepper, then stir well. Cook for another minute to combine the flavors.
  8. 8. Turn off the heat and drizzle lemon juice over the bhurji. Garnish with fresh coriander leaves.
  9. 9. Serve hot with parathas, rotis, or toasted bread for a wholesome breakfast.
