Ingredients
- 100 g Sambar Onion Peeled
- 1 pc (200 g) Amul Sour Cream
- 30 Pieces Dr.Hen Table White Egg 30 Pcs
- 100 g Old Hill Parmesan Cheese
- 125 g Mooz Butter Garlic & Herbes
- 250 ml Dabur Hommade Lemon Juice (Bottle)
- 50 g The Select Aisle Bread Crumbs
- 250 g Spinach - Chopped
Instructions
- 1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- 2. Cook 500 g of spinach and 1 diced onion together in a pan over medium heat until the spinach is wilted and the onion is softened, about 5-7 minutes. Drain thoroughly to remove excess moisture.
- 3. In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooked spinach and onion with 1 cup of sour cream, 1 beaten egg, 1/3 cup of grated parmesan cheese, 3 tablespoons of melted butter, and 1 tablespoon of lemon juice. Mix well until all ingredients are evenly incorporated.
- 4. Transfer the mixture to a greased baking dish and spread it out evenly.
- 5. Sprinkle 1/2 cup of bread crumbs evenly over the top of the mixture.
- 6. Bake in the preheated oven for 30 minutes, or until the casserole is firm and the top is lightly browned.
- 7. Remove from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
