Ingredients

  • 100 g Sambar Onion Peeled
  • 1 pc (200 g) Amul Sour Cream
  • 30 Pieces Dr.Hen Table White Egg 30 Pcs
  • 100 g Old Hill Parmesan Cheese
  • 125 g Mooz Butter Garlic & Herbes
  • 250 ml Dabur Hommade Lemon Juice (Bottle)
  • 50 g The Select Aisle Bread Crumbs
  • 250 g Spinach - Chopped

Instructions

  1. 1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. 2. Cook 500 g of spinach and 1 diced onion together in a pan over medium heat until the spinach is wilted and the onion is softened, about 5-7 minutes. Drain thoroughly to remove excess moisture.
  3. 3. In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooked spinach and onion with 1 cup of sour cream, 1 beaten egg, 1/3 cup of grated parmesan cheese, 3 tablespoons of melted butter, and 1 tablespoon of lemon juice. Mix well until all ingredients are evenly incorporated.
  4. 4. Transfer the mixture to a greased baking dish and spread it out evenly.
  5. 5. Sprinkle 1/2 cup of bread crumbs evenly over the top of the mixture.
  6. 6. Bake in the preheated oven for 30 minutes, or until the casserole is firm and the top is lightly browned.
  7. 7. Remove from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
