- 250g Swad White Aval 250g
- 500 g Tomato - Hybrid
- 500g Good Life Raw Peanuts 500 G
- 100 g Curry Leaves
- 100G Oleo
- 50 g Asafoetida Powder
- 500 g Capsicum Green
- 100 g Coriander Leaves
- 50G Green Chilies
- 250 ml Lemon Juice Concentrate
- 100 g Salt
- 20 g Turmeric Powder
- 100 g Yellow Mustard Seeds
Instructions
- 1. Rinse the flattened rice (poha) in a colander under running water for 1-2 minutes, then set it aside to drain completely.
- 2. Heat the vegetable oil in a large pan over medium heat, then add mustard seeds and allow them to splutter.
- 3. Add asafoetida, curry leaves, and green chilies to the pan. Sauté for 1 minute until fragrant.
- 4. Stir in the chopped tomatoes and green bell pepper, cooking for 3-4 minutes until slightly softened.
- 5. Add turmeric powder and salt, mixing well to ensure the spices coat the vegetables evenly.
- 6. Toss in the drained poha and mix gently to combine all ingredients without breaking the rice flakes.
- 7. Add peanuts and cook everything together for 2-3 minutes, stirring occasionally to heat through.
- 8. Turn off the heat, sprinkle lemon juice over the poha, and mix gently.
- 9. Garnish with fresh coriander leaves before serving warm.
