  • 200 g Paneer
  • - Grated Coconut
  • 500 g Onion
  • - Coriander Powder
  • 20 g Cinnamon
  • 50 g Cloves
  • 200G Adrak Lasun Paste (200g)
  • 100G Oleo
  • 100 g Badishep Big Premium
  • medium Chilli Green Long
  • 100 g Coriander Leaves
  • 100 g Jeera
  • 100 g Red Chili Powder
  • 100 g Salt
  • 500 g Tomato - Hybrid
  • 20 g Turmeric Powder

Instructions

  1. 1. Heat 1 tbsp of oil in a pan and lightly toast the grated coconut until golden brown. Remove from heat, let it cool, and blend into a smooth paste with a bit of water. Set aside.
  2. 2. In the same pan, heat the remaining oil and add the cinnamon, cloves, fennel seeds, and cumin seeds. Sauté until aromatic.
  3. 3. Add the chopped onion and green chilies to the pan and sauté until the onions turn translucent. Stir in the ginger-garlic paste and cook for another minute.
  4. 4. Add the chopped tomatoes, turmeric powder, red chili powder, and coriander powder. Cook until the tomatoes break down and the mixture becomes a thick paste.
  5. 5. Stir in the prepared coconut paste and cook for 2-3 minutes, allowing the flavors to meld together.
  6. 6. Add the mixed vegetables and a cup of water. Cover and simmer for 10 minutes, or until the vegetables are tender.
  7. 7. Add the paneer cubes, season with salt, and simmer for another 5 minutes to allow the paneer to absorb the flavors.
  8. 8. Garnish with freshly chopped coriander leaves and serve hot with steamed rice or dosa.
