Ingredients
- 6 pcs White Eggs
- 500 g Onion
- 500 g Tomato - Hybrid
- 100 g Jeera
- 100G Oleo
- 100 g Coriander Leaves
- medium Chilli Green Long
- 50g Everest Garam Masala
- 100 g Red Chili Powder
- 100 g Salt
- 20 g Turmeric Powder
Instructions
- 1. Crack the eggs into a bowl, add a pinch of salt, and whisk until smooth. Set aside.
- 2. Heat 1 tbsp of vegetable oil in a non-stick pan over medium heat. Add cumin seeds and let them sizzle for 30 seconds.
- 3. Add the chopped onion and sauté until translucent, about 3-4 minutes. Then, add the chopped green chili and tomato, cooking for another 2-3 minutes until softened.
- 4. Stir in the turmeric powder, red chili powder, and garam masala, mixing well to combine the spices with the vegetables.
- 5. Pour the whisked eggs into the pan and cook, stirring gently, until the eggs are scrambled and just set, about 2-3 minutes. Adjust salt to taste.
- 6. Warm the tortillas or chapatis in a dry pan for 1 minute on each side until soft and pliable.
- 7. Spoon the spiced scrambled eggs onto each tortilla, sprinkle with fresh coriander leaves, and fold into a wrap.
