Ingredients

  • 6 pcs White Eggs
  • 500 g Onion
  • 500 g Tomato - Hybrid
  • 100 g Jeera
  • 100G Oleo
  • 100 g Coriander Leaves
  • medium Chilli Green Long
  • 50g Everest Garam Masala
  • 100 g Red Chili Powder
  • 100 g Salt
  • 20 g Turmeric Powder

Instructions

  1. 1. Crack the eggs into a bowl, add a pinch of salt, and whisk until smooth. Set aside.
  2. 2. Heat 1 tbsp of vegetable oil in a non-stick pan over medium heat. Add cumin seeds and let them sizzle for 30 seconds.
  3. 3. Add the chopped onion and sauté until translucent, about 3-4 minutes. Then, add the chopped green chili and tomato, cooking for another 2-3 minutes until softened.
  4. 4. Stir in the turmeric powder, red chili powder, and garam masala, mixing well to combine the spices with the vegetables.
  5. 5. Pour the whisked eggs into the pan and cook, stirring gently, until the eggs are scrambled and just set, about 2-3 minutes. Adjust salt to taste.
  6. 6. Warm the tortillas or chapatis in a dry pan for 1 minute on each side until soft and pliable.
