- 100 g Sambar Onion Peeled
- 200 g Freshcon Cooked Basmati Rice
- 30 Pieces Dr.Hen Table White Egg 30 Pcs
- 50 g The Select Aisle Bread Crumbs
- 1 Combo Fortune Rice Bran 1L & Mustard Oil 1L Pet
- 100 g Agapi Natural Greek Yogurt
- 100 g Catch Sprinklers - Iodized Table Salt
Instructions
- 1. In a large mixing bowl, combine 1 cup grated carrots, 1/4 cup finely chopped onions, 2 cups cooked rice, 1 egg, and 1/2 cup white sauce. Mix well until all ingredients are evenly incorporated.
- 2. Season the mixture with 1 teaspoon salt and mix thoroughly to ensure even seasoning.
- 3. Shape the mixture into small, round patties, pressing gently to hold their shape.
- 4. In a separate shallow bowl, beat 1 egg. Place 1 cup of bread crumbs on a plate.
- 5. Dip each patty into the beaten egg, ensuring it is fully coated, then roll it in the bread crumbs to form an even crust.
- 6. Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat and add a thin layer of oil. Fry the patties in batches, cooking for 3-4 minutes on each side or until they are golden brown and crispy.
- 7. Remove the patties from the skillet and place them on a paper towel-lined plate to drain any excess oil.
