- 250 ml Pure Milk Whipping Cream
- 500g Gochujang (Korean Chili Paste)
- 80 g Soya Sauce
- 500 Ml Champion Oil

- 1. Boil a large pot of water, then add the whole wheat spaghetti and cook according to package instructions until al dente.
- 2. While the pasta is cooking, chop the onions, bell peppers, and mushrooms into bite-sized pieces. Mince the garlic.
- 3. Heat olive oil in a large pan over medium heat. Add the onions and garlic, and cook until the onions are translucent and fragrant.
- 4. Add the bell peppers and mushrooms to the pan, sautéing until they are tender and cooked through.
- 5. In a separate bowl, mix 2 tablespoons of gochujang and a splash of hot water to create a smooth paste.
- 6. Pour whipping cream and the gochujang mixture into the pan, stirring to combine. Add a pinch of sugar to balance the flavors.
- 7. Add a dash of soya sauce and half a cup of chicken broth to the pan, letting it simmer until the sauce thickens slightly.
- 8. Drain the cooked pasta and add it to the pan, tossing well to coat the spaghetti evenly with the sauce.
