- 20G Curry Leaves
- 200 ml Coconut Milk
- 500 g Onion
- - Shrimps
- 250 g Carrot
- 250 g French Beans
- medium Chilli Green Long
- 1 kg Fish Fillets
- 100 g Tamarind Paste
- 1 l Refined Soyabean Oil
- 200 g Table Salt
- 190 ml White Cooking Vinegar
- 50 g Cumin Powder
- 100 g Coriander Seeds
- 20 g Turmeric Powder
Instructions
- 1. Prepare the Rice: Rinse 1 cup of Daawat Rozana Super Basmati Rice under cold water. In a pot, add 2 cups of water and a pinch of Keya Table Salt. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat to low, cover, and simmer until water is absorbed and rice is tender, about 15-20 minutes.
- 2. Make the Coconut Curry: In a blender, combine 100g of freshly grated Ally Grown Coconut, 2-3 green chillies, 1 tablespoon of Earthon Organic Coriander Seeds, and water to form a smooth paste. In a pan, heat 2 tablespoons of Sunny Soya Fit Refined Soybean Oil. Add 1 finely chopped Onion, sauté until golden. Add the paste, 1 tablespoon of MTR Turmeric Powder, and salt. Cook till oil separates. Add 10 mini pack prawns and 2 fish fillets, cook till done. Stir in 1 tablespoon Mother's Recipe Tamarind Paste and 1 cup coconut milk. Simmer for 10 minutes.
- 3. Vegetable Stir-Fry: Julienne 250g of Carrot and 250g French Beans. Heat 2 tablespoons Sunny Soya Fit Refined Soybean Oil in a pan, add 100g sliced Onion, sauté till translucent. Add vegetables, 1 tablespoon Aachi Powder Coriander, salt, and 1 teaspoon DNV Cumin Powder, stir-fry until vegetables are tender. Finish with a handful of chopped coriander leaves.
- 4. Fry Vermicelli: Boil 400g of 24 Mantra Organic Vermicelli until al dente. Drain and let cool. In a pan, heat 2 tablespoons of Sunny Soya Fit Refined Soybean Oil. Fry vermicelli till golden brown and crisp. Season with a pinch of salt and serve as a crunchy topping.
- 5. Make a Simple Salad: Slice 2 Tomatoes and 1 Onion, and mix in a bowl. Add a dash of Sams White Cooking Vinegar, sprinkle with Keya Table Salt, and toss well. Garnish with chopped coriander leaves.
