Ingredients

  • 100 g Sambar Onion Peeled
  • 100 g Celery
  • 100 g Garlic - Single Clove
  • 1 pack (1 kg) 921 Everyday Long Grain Rice
  • 1 pc (50 g) On1Y Pepper Grinder
  • 250 g Peach
  • 16 g Orika Oregano
  • 1 Kg Belgium Pork Belly Slice(8Mm) 벨기에산 삼겹살 (8Mm) 1Kg
  • 200 ml Japanese Choice Gluten Free Soy Sauce
  • 1 kg Akar Powder Salt
  • 1 pack (100 g) Eastern Dry Ginger Powder

Instructions

  1. 1. Trim excess fat from the pork chops and set aside.
  2. 2. Lightly grease a heavy skillet using the fat trimmed from one chop. Brown the pork chops on both sides over medium heat, then drain off any excess fat.
  3. 3. Season the pork chops lightly with salt and pepper.
  4. 4. Drain the peach and combine it with chopped onion, celery leaves, minced garlic, soy sauce, and oregano in a large pot. Simmer the mixture, covered, over low heat for 20 to 30 minutes.
  5. 5. Add the chopped celery to the pot and cook for an additional 10 minutes, or until the celery is tender and the pork is fully cooked through.
  6. 6. If the mixture becomes too dry, add a small amount of water to maintain a saucy consistency.
  7. 7. Prepare the rice according to the package instructions.
  8. 8. Once the rice is cooked, stir in the ginger powder to blend the flavors.
  9. 9. Serve the pork and peach mixture over the ginger-infused rice for a complete meal.
