Ingredients
- 100 g Sambar Onion Peeled
- 100 g Celery
- 100 g Garlic - Single Clove
- 1 pack (1 kg) 921 Everyday Long Grain Rice
- 1 pc (50 g) On1Y Pepper Grinder
- 250 g Peach
- 16 g Orika Oregano
- 1 Kg Belgium Pork Belly Slice(8Mm) 벨기에산 삼겹살 (8Mm) 1Kg
- 200 ml Japanese Choice Gluten Free Soy Sauce
- 1 kg Akar Powder Salt
- 1 pack (100 g) Eastern Dry Ginger Powder
Instructions
- 1. Trim excess fat from the pork chops and set aside.
- 2. Lightly grease a heavy skillet using the fat trimmed from one chop. Brown the pork chops on both sides over medium heat, then drain off any excess fat.
- 3. Season the pork chops lightly with salt and pepper.
- 4. Drain the peach and combine it with chopped onion, celery leaves, minced garlic, soy sauce, and oregano in a large pot. Simmer the mixture, covered, over low heat for 20 to 30 minutes.
- 5. Add the chopped celery to the pot and cook for an additional 10 minutes, or until the celery is tender and the pork is fully cooked through.
- 6. If the mixture becomes too dry, add a small amount of water to maintain a saucy consistency.
- 7. Prepare the rice according to the package instructions.
- 8. Once the rice is cooked, stir in the ginger powder to blend the flavors.
- 9. Serve the pork and peach mixture over the ginger-infused rice for a complete meal.
