A rich and flavorful spaghetti sauce made with ground beef, ripe tomatoes, and aromatic spices, perfect for a satisfying dinner.
Ingredients
- 100 g Garlic - Single Clove
- 100 g Sambar Onion Peeled
- 2 Pieces Red & Yellow Bell Pepper - Protected Cultivation
- 5 kg Whole Farm Grocery Sugar (5 Kg)
- 75 Nos Oregano Sachet
- 290ml Lea And Perrins Worcestershire Sauce
- 1 pack (100 g) Tata Sampann Pure Black Pepper Powder
- 200 g Hommade Tomato Puree
- 525 g Veeba Herby Tomato Pizza & Pasta Sauce
- 900 G Kikkoman Naturally Brewed Dark Soy Sauce
- 100 ml Oleev Olivana Natural Olive Oil (Bottle)
Instructions
- 1. Puree the Hommade Tomato Puree, 1 clove of garlic, and 3 Sambar onions in a blender until smooth.
- 2. Pour the puree into a large saucepan and set it over medium heat.
- 3. Add 48 oz of Veeba Herby Tomato Pizza & Pasta Sauce, 1 1/2 cups of sugar, 1/4 cup of salt, 3 tbsp of oregano, and 1/4 cup of Oleev Olivana Natural Olive Oil to the saucepan. Stir well to combine.
- 4. In a separate large frying pan, cook 40 lbs of ground beef over medium heat until it is browned and fully cooked. Drain any excess fat.
- 5. Add 5 diced bell peppers to the cooked ground beef and sauté for 5 minutes until slightly softened.
- 6. Stir in 1/4 cup of Worcestershire sauce and 1 tbsp of black pepper into the beef and bell pepper mixture.
- 7. Transfer the beef and bell pepper mixture into the tomato sauce. Mix thoroughly to combine all ingredients.
- 8. Reduce the heat to low and let the sauce simmer for 1 to 3 hours, stirring occasionally to prevent sticking.
- 9. Serve the hearty spaghetti sauce over cooked pasta or use it as a base for other dishes. Enjoy!
