Ingredients
- 200 g Organic Tofu - Soy Paneer
- 100 g Quinoa
- 250 g Spinach
- 2 pcs Zucchini
- 1 kg Bell Peppers
- 500Ml Habit Toasted Sesame Oil Cold Presses
- - Rice Vinegar
- 100 g Til
- 100 g Hing Khoda
- 100 g Salt
- 50 g Black Pepper Powder
- 1 liter Sunflower Oil
Instructions
- 1. Cook the quinoa by adding it to a pot with double its volume of water. Bring to a boil, reduce heat, cover, and simmer for 15 minutes or until the water is absorbed. Fluff with a fork and set aside.
- 2. Heat 1 tbsp of vegetable oil in a non-stick pan. Add the tofu cubes, sprinkle with salt and black pepper, and pan-fry for 5-7 minutes, turning occasionally, until golden and crispy on all sides. Remove and set aside.
- 3. In the same pan, add the sesame oil and hing. Sauté the spinach, zucchini, and bell peppers for 2-3 minutes until tender but still crisp. Remove from heat and set aside.
- 4. In a small bowl, mix the soy sauce, gochujang, and rice vinegar to prepare the sauce. Adjust spice levels as per taste.
- 5. To assemble, divide the cooked quinoa between serving bowls. Arrange the sautéed vegetables, bean sprouts, and crispy tofu on top in sections to create a colorful presentation.
- 6. Drizzle the prepared sauce over the bowl, sprinkle with sesame seeds, and serve immediately. Mix well before eating to enjoy the flavors combined.
