Ingredients
- 1Bunch Pudina
- Pcs Everest Chaat Masala 50gm
- 1kg Apple Kinnur
- 1 kg Orange
- 1 piece Banana
- 50 g Cumin Powder
- 200 g Black Salt
- 250 ml Lemon Juice Concentrate
- 100 g Red Chili Powder
Instructions
- 1. Wash and prepare the fruits by chopping the apple, slicing the banana, peeling and segmenting the orange, and collecting the pomegranate seeds.
- 2. In a large mixing bowl, combine all the prepared fruits and gently toss them together to ensure even distribution.
- 3. Sprinkle the roasted cumin powder, chaat masala, black salt, and red chili powder over the mixed fruits.
- 4. Add the lemon juice to the bowl and gently mix to coat the fruits evenly with the spices and juice.
- 5. Garnish with freshly chopped mint leaves and give it a final toss before serving.
