  • 1Bunch Pudina
  • Pcs Everest Chaat Masala 50gm
  • 1kg Apple Kinnur
  • 1 kg Orange
  • 1 piece Banana
  • 50 g Cumin Powder
  • 200 g Black Salt
  • 250 ml Lemon Juice Concentrate
  • 100 g Red Chili Powder

Instructions

  1. 1. Wash and prepare the fruits by chopping the apple, slicing the banana, peeling and segmenting the orange, and collecting the pomegranate seeds.
  2. 2. In a large mixing bowl, combine all the prepared fruits and gently toss them together to ensure even distribution.
  3. 3. Sprinkle the roasted cumin powder, chaat masala, black salt, and red chili powder over the mixed fruits.
  4. 4. Add the lemon juice to the bowl and gently mix to coat the fruits evenly with the spices and juice.
