Ingredients
- 500 g Chicken Whole
- 1 Kg R.C. Fish
- 200 g Paneer
- 50 g Honey
- 100 g Unsalted Butter
- 200 g Table Salt
- 500 g Wheat Flour / Maida
- 100 g Baking Powder
- 500 Ml Champion Oil
- 45G 4700bc Protein Pops Makhana Sea Salt (45g)
Instructions
- 1. In a large mixing bowl, combine 1 cup of all-purpose flour, 1/4 tsp of salt, and 1/2 tsp of baking powder. Mix well.
- 2. Gradually add 1/4 cup of water to the dry ingredients, mixing continuously until a dough forms. Knead the dough on a floured surface for 5 minutes until smooth.
- 3. Cover the dough with a damp cloth and let it rest for 15 minutes.
- 4. While the dough is resting, prepare the honey butter by mixing 2 tbsp of unsalted butter with 1 tbsp of honey in a small bowl. Set aside.
- 5. After the dough has rested, divide it into 12 equal portions. Roll each portion into a small ball, then flatten it slightly with your palm.
- 6. Heat 2 tbsp of vegetable oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Place the flattened dough balls in the pan, ensuring they are not overcrowded.
- 7. Fry the dumplings for 2-3 minutes on each side, or until they are golden brown and cooked through. Remove from the pan and drain on paper towels.
- 8. While the dumplings are still warm, brush them generously with the prepared honey butter.
- 9. Serve the fried dumplings warm, optionally garnished with a sprinkle of sesame seeds or chopped nuts.
