- 200 g Dahi
- 100 g Coriander Leaves

- medium Chilli Green Long
- 100 g Jeera
- 100 g Red Chili Powder
- 100 g Salt
- 20 g Turmeric Powder
Instructions
- 1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the semolina, yogurt, and water to form a smooth batter. Let it rest for 10 minutes to allow the semolina to absorb moisture.

- 3. Heat a non-stick pan or griddle over medium heat and lightly grease it with a small amount of vegetable oil.
- 4. Pour a ladleful of the batter onto the pan and spread it evenly into a circular shape, about 1/4 inch thick.
- 5. Cook the cheela on medium heat for 2-3 minutes until the bottom turns golden brown. Flip it carefully and cook the other side for another 2-3 minutes.
- 6. Repeat the process with the remaining batter, greasing the pan lightly for each cheela.
- 7. Serve hot with mint chutney or tomato ketchup for a complete and satisfying breakfast.
