- medium Chilli Green Long
- 100 g Coriander Leaves
- - Coriander Powder
- 100 g Jeera
- 100 g Red Chili Powder
- 100 g Salt
- 250 g Spinach
- 20 g Turmeric Powder
Instructions
- 1. Wash and finely chop the spinach leaves. Grate the paneer and set both aside.
- 2. In a mixing bowl, combine besan, yogurt, chopped spinach, paneer, green chili, cumin seeds, coriander powder, turmeric powder, red chili powder, and salt.
- 3. Gradually add water to the mixture while stirring to create a smooth, lump-free batter of medium consistency. Add baking soda and mix well.
- 4. Heat a non-stick pan or tawa over medium heat and lightly grease it with ghee or oil.
- 5. Pour a ladleful of batter onto the pan and spread it gently to form a thin, round cheela. Cook for 2-3 minutes until the edges start to lift and the underside is golden brown.

- 8. Garnish the cheelas with chopped coriander leaves and serve hot with chutney or yogurt.
