Ingredients

  • 6 pcs White Eggs
  • 500 g Onion
  • 500 g Tomato - Hybrid
  • 500 g Capsicum Green
  • - Garlic Paste
  • 250 ml Olive Oil
  • 100 g Coriander Leaves
  • 100 g Salt
  • 50 g Black Pepper
  • 50g Everest Garam Masala
  • 50G Green Chilies
  • 100 g Jeera
  • 100 g Red Chili Powder
  • 20 g Turmeric Powder

Instructions

  1. 1. Crack the eggs into a bowl, season with salt and black pepper, and whisk well until frothy.
  2. 2. Heat olive oil in a kadhai over medium heat. Add cumin seeds and let them sizzle for 30 seconds.
  3. 3. Add the chopped onion and sauté until translucent, about 2-3 minutes. Stir in the minced garlic and green chilies, cooking for another minute.
  4. 4. Add the chopped tomato, turmeric powder, and red chili powder. Cook until the tomatoes soften and the oil separates, about 4-5 minutes.
  5. 5. Add the diced bell pepper and cook for 2-3 minutes until slightly tender but still crisp.
  6. 6. Pour in the whisked eggs and reduce the heat to low. Stir gently, allowing the eggs to cook slowly while maintaining a fluffy texture.
  7. 7. Once the eggs are cooked but still moist, sprinkle garam masala over the top and mix well. Adjust seasoning with additional salt and pepper if needed.
  8. 8. Remove from heat and garnish with freshly chopped coriander leaves. Serve hot in bowls, optionally paired with whole-grain toast or roti.
