- 500 g Moong Dal
- 100 g Oats Jumbo
- 100G Oleo
- 200 g Dahi
- medium Chilli Green Long
- 100 g Coriander Leaves
- 100 g Jeera
- 250 ml Lemon Juice Concentrate
- 100 g Salt
- 20 g Turmeric Powder
Instructions
- 1. Wash the green gram thoroughly and soak it in water for 4-6 hours or overnight.
- 2. Drain the soaked green gram and blend it with rolled oats, green chili, turmeric powder, and salt into a smooth batter, adding a small amount of water for consistency.
- 3. Mix in cumin seeds, chopped coriander leaves, and lemon juice into the batter, ensuring it is well combined.
- 4. Heat a non-stick pan or griddle over medium heat and lightly grease it with vegetable oil.
- 5. Pour a ladle of batter onto the pan and spread it evenly to form a thin pancake. Cook for 2-3 minutes until the edges start to brown.
- 6. Flip the pancake and cook the other side for an additional 2-3 minutes until golden and cooked through.
