Ingredients

  • 500 g Moong Dal
  • 100 g Oats Jumbo
  • 100G Oleo
  • 200 g Dahi
  • medium Chilli Green Long
  • 100 g Coriander Leaves
  • 100 g Jeera
  • 250 ml Lemon Juice Concentrate
  • 100 g Salt
  • 20 g Turmeric Powder

Instructions

  1. 1. Wash the green gram thoroughly and soak it in water for 4-6 hours or overnight.
  2. 2. Drain the soaked green gram and blend it with rolled oats, green chili, turmeric powder, and salt into a smooth batter, adding a small amount of water for consistency.
  3. 3. Mix in cumin seeds, chopped coriander leaves, and lemon juice into the batter, ensuring it is well combined.
  4. 4. Heat a non-stick pan or griddle over medium heat and lightly grease it with vegetable oil.
