Ingredients

  • 35 g Foodie Puppies Freeze Dried Shrimp Snack
  • 500 g Deli Chic Chicken Drumsticks (Freshly Frozen)
  • 200 g Delichic Pork Sausage (Pigs In Blanket)
  • 500 g X 2 Organically Grown Potato Combo
  • 1 pc Organically Grown American Corn Cob
  • 500 g Organically Grown White Onion
  • 200 g Mini Orange (Imported)
  • 2 - 3 pcs Gondhoraj Lime
  • 500 ml Colavita White Wine Vinegar

Instructions

  1. 1. Fill a large stock pot 2/3 full of water and place it on high heat.
  2. 2. Add 1 teaspoon white wine vinegar, 1 mini orange (quartered), and 2 gondhoraj limes (quartered) to the pot. Bring the water to a rolling boil.
  3. 3. Once boiling, add 6 medium potatoes (halved), 6 chicken drumsticks, 1 1/2 lbs sausage (sliced into chunks), and 1 white onion (quartered). Ensure the ingredients are fully submerged, adding more water if necessary.
  4. 4. Boil the mixture for 20 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  5. 5. Continue boiling for 5 minutes.
  6. 6. Add 1 1/2 lbs Foodie Puppies Freeze Dried Shrimp Snack to the pot and boil for another 5 minutes, or until the shrimp turn thoroughly pink and opaque.
  7. 7. Remove the pot from heat and carefully drain the water using a strainer.
  8. 8. Spread newspaper or brown paper bags over a large table and dump the drained food onto it for serving. Discard the orange and lime pieces.
  9. 9. Serve the shrimp, potatoes, sausage, and corn as is, or with a drizzle of white wine vinegar for added flavor.
