  • 100G Oleo
  • 200G Adrak Lasun Paste (200g)
  • 250 g Carrot
  • 100 g Coriander Leaves
  • - Coriander Powder
  • 50g Everest Garam Masala
  • 250 g French Beans
  • 100 g Jeera
  • 1 Kg Kissan Tomato Puree
  • 100 g Red Chili Powder
  • 100 g Salt
  • 20 g Turmeric Powder

Instructions

  1. 1. Heat 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil in a large pan over medium heat. Add cumin seeds and let them crackle for about 30 seconds.
  2. 2. Add the finely chopped onion and sauté until golden brown, approximately 5-6 minutes. Stir in the ginger-garlic paste and cook for another 2 minutes.
  3. 3. Add the pureed tomatoes and cook until the oil separates, around 7-8 minutes. Mix in coriander powder, turmeric powder, red chili powder, and salt, then cook for an additional 2 minutes.
  4. 4. Stir in the yogurt gradually, ensuring it blends well without curdling. Cook for 3-4 minutes, allowing the gravy to thicken slightly.
  5. 5. Add the cauliflower, green beans, carrots, and peas. Mix well to coat the vegetables with the gravy. Cover and cook on low heat for 15-20 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the vegetables are tender.
  6. 6. Sprinkle garam masala over the curry and stir gently. Cook for another 2 minutes to integrate the flavors.
  7. 7. Garnish with freshly chopped coriander leaves and serve hot with steamed rice or Indian bread.
