Ingredients

  • 200 g Paneer
  • 1 head Cauliflower
  • 250 g Carrot
  • 250 g French Beans
  • 500 g Tomato - Hybrid
  • 500 g Onion
  • - Grated Coconut
  • 100G Oleo
  • 100 g Coriander Leaves
  • 1 kg Bell Peppers
  • 100 g Curry Leaves
  • 100 g Salt
  • 20 g Turmeric Powder
  • 100 g Yellow Mustard Seeds

Instructions

  1. 1. Heat 2 tbsp vegetable oil on a tawa or flat pan over medium heat and add mustard seeds along with curry leaves. Sauté until aromatic.
  2. 2. Add finely chopped onions and cook until golden brown. Stir in turmeric powder and the Chettinad spice mix, sautéing for 1-2 minutes.
  3. 3. Add the chopped tomatoes and cook until they soften and release their juices, forming a thick base.
  4. 4. Stir in the grated coconut and mix well, allowing it to infuse with the spices for 1 minute.
