  • 200 g Paneer
  • 500 g Onion
  • 500 g Capsicum Green
  • 300 g Ginger Paste
  • 100G Oleo
  • 100 g Coriander Leaves
  • medium Chilli Green Long
  • - Coriander Powder
  • 50g Everest Garam Masala
  • 100 g Jeera
  • 100 g Red Chili Powder
  • 100 g Salt
  • 500 g Tomato - Hybrid
  • 20 g Turmeric Powder

Instructions

  1. 1. Heat 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil on a tawa or skillet over medium heat. Add cumin seeds and let them splutter.
  2. 2. Add the finely chopped onion and sauté until golden brown. Stir in the ginger paste and cook for 1 minute.
  3. 3. Add the chopped green chilies, bell pepper, and tomato. Cook for 3-4 minutes until the vegetables soften.
  4. 4. Sprinkle turmeric powder, red chili powder, coriander powder, and salt over the vegetable mixture. Stir well to evenly coat the spices.
