- 200 g Paneer
- 200 ml Mustard Oil
- 100 g Hing Khoda
- - Fresh Cream
- 25 g Kasuri Methi
- 1 kg Bell Peppers
- 500 g Capsicum Green
- 100 g Coriander Leaves
- - Coriander Powder
- 50g Everest Garam Masala
- 100 g Jeera
- 1 Kg Kissan Tomato Puree
- 100 g Red Chili Powder
- 100 g Salt
- 20 g Turmeric Powder
Instructions
- 1. Heat oil or ghee in a kadhai (wok) over medium heat and add cumin seeds; let them splutter.
- 2. Add hing to the oil, followed by the pureed tomatoes. Cook for 7-10 minutes until the oil starts to separate.
- 3. Stir in turmeric powder, red chili powder, coriander powder, and salt. Cook for another 2 minutes to blend the spices.
- 4. Add diced green and red bell peppers to the gravy and sauté for 4-5 minutes, allowing them to soften slightly while retaining their crunch.
- 5. Gently fold in the paneer cubes, ensuring they are well-coated with the masala. Cook for 3-4 minutes on low heat.
- 6. Add garam masala and crushed kasuri methi for a burst of aroma and flavor. Mix well.
- 7. Stir in fresh cream and cook for another 2 minutes, ensuring the gravy achieves a rich and creamy consistency.
- 8. Garnish with chopped coriander leaves and serve hot with naan, roti, or steamed rice.
