Ingredients

  • 200 g Paneer
  • 200 ml Mustard Oil
  • 100 g Hing Khoda
  • - Fresh Cream
  • 25 g Kasuri Methi
  • 1 kg Bell Peppers
  • 500 g Capsicum Green
  • 100 g Coriander Leaves
  • - Coriander Powder
  • 50g Everest Garam Masala
  • 100 g Jeera
  • 1 Kg Kissan Tomato Puree
  • 100 g Red Chili Powder
  • 100 g Salt
  • 20 g Turmeric Powder

Instructions

  1. 1. Heat oil or ghee in a kadhai (wok) over medium heat and add cumin seeds; let them splutter.
  2. 2. Add hing to the oil, followed by the pureed tomatoes. Cook for 7-10 minutes until the oil starts to separate.
  3. 3. Stir in turmeric powder, red chili powder, coriander powder, and salt. Cook for another 2 minutes to blend the spices.
  4. 4. Add diced green and red bell peppers to the gravy and sauté for 4-5 minutes, allowing them to soften slightly while retaining their crunch.
  5. 5. Gently fold in the paneer cubes, ensuring they are well-coated with the masala. Cook for 3-4 minutes on low heat.
  6. 6. Add garam masala and crushed kasuri methi for a burst of aroma and flavor. Mix well.
  7. 7. Stir in fresh cream and cook for another 2 minutes, ensuring the gravy achieves a rich and creamy consistency.
