Ingredients

  • 500 g Onion
  • 500 g Tomato - Hybrid
  • 100 g Coriander Leaves
  • - Switz Puff Dough Paratha
  • - Low Fat Dahi (Pouch)
  • 250 ml Olive Oil
  • 1 pc (approx. 250g-500g) Lettuce Iceberg
  • 50 Grms Garam Masala Handmade Spices 50 Grms
  • - Besan
  • medium Chilli Green Long
  • 50 g Cumin Powder
  • 100 g Jeera
  • 100 g Red Chili Powder
  • 100 g Salt
  • 20 g Turmeric Powder

Instructions

  1. 1. In a large mixing bowl, combine besan, onion, tomato, green chili, coriander, turmeric powder, cumin seeds, red chili powder, garam masala, and salt. Gradually add water to form a smooth, pancake-like batter.
  2. 2. Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat and lightly grease it with olive oil. Pour a ladleful of the batter onto the pan and spread it into a thin circle. Cook for 2-3 minutes on each side or until golden brown. Repeat with the remaining batter to make 4 chillas.
  3. 3. In a small bowl, whisk the yogurt with roasted cumin powder and a pinch of salt to make a tangy dip.
  4. 4. Warm the whole wheat parathas on a pan and place a cooked chilla on each paratha.
  5. 5. Top the chilla with a handful of shredded lettuce or cabbage and drizzle with the tangy yogurt dip.
  6. 6. Roll the parathas tightly to form wraps. Serve immediately for a delicious and wholesome breakfast.
