Ingredients
- 500 g Onion
- 500 g Tomato - Hybrid
- 100 g Coriander Leaves
- - Switz Puff Dough Paratha
- - Low Fat Dahi (Pouch)
- 250 ml Olive Oil
- 1 pc (approx. 250g-500g) Lettuce Iceberg
- 50 Grms Garam Masala Handmade Spices 50 Grms
- - Besan
- medium Chilli Green Long
- 50 g Cumin Powder
- 100 g Jeera
- 100 g Red Chili Powder
- 100 g Salt
- 20 g Turmeric Powder
Instructions
- 1. In a large mixing bowl, combine besan, onion, tomato, green chili, coriander, turmeric powder, cumin seeds, red chili powder, garam masala, and salt. Gradually add water to form a smooth, pancake-like batter.
- 2. Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat and lightly grease it with olive oil. Pour a ladleful of the batter onto the pan and spread it into a thin circle. Cook for 2-3 minutes on each side or until golden brown. Repeat with the remaining batter to make 4 chillas.
- 3. In a small bowl, whisk the yogurt with roasted cumin powder and a pinch of salt to make a tangy dip.
- 4. Warm the whole wheat parathas on a pan and place a cooked chilla on each paratha.
- 5. Top the chilla with a handful of shredded lettuce or cabbage and drizzle with the tangy yogurt dip.
- 6. Roll the parathas tightly to form wraps. Serve immediately for a delicious and wholesome breakfast.
