- 100 g Jeera
- 100 g Red Chili Powder
- 100 g Salt

Instructions
- 1. In a mixing bowl, combine the semolina, curd, and water to form a smooth batter. Let it rest for 15 minutes.
- 2. Add the baking soda, salt, turmeric powder, and red chili powder to the rested batter. Mix well to incorporate.
- 3. Prepare the vegetable topping by combining the onion, tomato, green chili, carrot, capsicum, and coriander leaves in a separate bowl.
- 4. Heat a non-stick pan or tawa on medium heat and lightly grease it with oil.
- 5. Pour a ladleful of the batter onto the pan and spread it gently into a round uttapam shape, about 1/4-inch thick.
- 6. Sprinkle a generous amount of the vegetable mixture evenly over the top of the batter. Press gently to ensure the vegetables stick.
