- 200 g Paneer
- 1 head Cauliflower
- 250 g Carrot
- 200 g Dahi
- 200 ml Mustard Oil
- 300 g Ginger Paste
- 25 g Ginger Garlic Paste
- - Coriander Powder
- 50g Everest Garam Masala
- - Green Peas
- 100 g Jeera
- 1 Kg Kissan Tomato Puree
- 100 g Red Chili Powder
- 100 g Salt
- 20 g Turmeric Powder
- 100 g Coriander Leaves
Instructions
- 1. Heat 2 tbsp of oil in a large handi or deep pan over medium heat. Add cumin seeds and let them sizzle for a few seconds.
- 2. Add the ginger and garlic paste, sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant. Stir in the turmeric powder, coriander powder, and red chili powder.
- 3. Add the tomato puree and cook for 5-6 minutes, stirring occasionally, until oil begins to separate from the mixture.
- 4. Lower the heat and slowly whisk in the yogurt, ensuring it doesn't curdle. Cook for another 2-3 minutes.
- 5. Add the chopped carrots, cauliflower florets, and green peas. Mix well, cover, and let the vegetables cook for 10-12 minutes until tender.
- 6. Stir in the paneer cubes and garam masala. Simmer for 3-4 minutes, allowing the flavors to meld together.
- 7. Adjust salt to taste and garnish with freshly chopped coriander leaves before serving.
