Ingredients
- 1 head Cauliflower
- - Green Peas
- 200 g Paneer
- - Fresh Cream
- 200 ml Ghee
- 100 g Hing Khoda
- 500 g Capsicum Green
- 100 g Jeera
- 1 Kg Kissan Tomato Puree
- 100 g Coriander Leaves
- - Coriander Powder
- 50g Everest Garam Masala
- 100 g Red Chili Powder
- 100 g Salt
- 20 g Turmeric Powder
Instructions
- 1. Heat the ghee in a handi or deep pot over medium heat. Add cumin seeds and hing, and let them sizzle for 30 seconds.
- 2. Add the tomato puree, turmeric powder, red chili powder, and coriander powder, and cook for 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the ghee starts to separate.
- 3. Stir in the paneer cubes, cauliflower florets, green peas, and capsicum. Mix well to coat the vegetables in the spice mixture.
- 4. Add fresh cream and garam masala, stirring to combine. Cover with a lid and cook on low heat for 15-20 minutes, allowing the flavors to meld and vegetables to become tender. Stir occasionally to prevent sticking.
- 5. Taste and adjust salt as needed. Turn off the heat and let the dish rest covered for 5 minutes to enhance the dum-style cooking effect.
- 6. Garnish with chopped fresh coriander leaves and serve hot with naan, roti, or steamed rice.
