- 500 Grms Bajra Atta Millets Atta 500 Grms
- 200 g Paneer
- 1 Kg Lokwan Premium Wheat Atta 1 Kg
- 500g Swad Roasted Rice Powder 500g
- 200 ml Sesame Oil
- 500 g Capsicum Green
- medium Chilli Green Long
- 100 g Coriander Leaves
- - Coriander Powder
- 50 g Cumin Powder
- 50g Everest Garam Masala
- 100 g Red Chili Powder
- 100 g Salt
- 20 g Turmeric Powder
Instructions
- 1. Rinse the foxtail millet thoroughly and cook it in a pot with water until soft and fluffy. Let it cool completely.
- 2. In a mixing bowl, combine the cooked millet, mixed vegetables, capsicum, grated paneer, chopped coriander leaves, and green chili.
- 3. Add cumin powder, coriander powder, turmeric powder, garam masala, red chili powder, and salt to the mixture, and mix well.
- 4. Sprinkle the whole wheat flour and rice flour into the mixture, and knead into a firm dough.
- 5. Divide the dough into equal portions and shape each portion into small, flat patties.
- 6. Heat a tawa or non-stick pan over medium heat and add 1-2 teaspoons of oil.
- 7. Place the patties on the tawa and pan-fry them in batches, flipping occasionally, until both sides are golden brown and crisp.
- 8. Serve the patties hot with mint yogurt dip or tomato chutney for a delightful breakfast.
