  • 500 Grms Bajra Atta Millets Atta 500 Grms
  • 200 g Paneer
  • 1 Kg Lokwan Premium Wheat Atta 1 Kg
  • 500g Swad Roasted Rice Powder 500g
  • 200 ml Sesame Oil
  • 500 g Capsicum Green
  • medium Chilli Green Long
  • 100 g Coriander Leaves
  • - Coriander Powder
  • 50 g Cumin Powder
  • 50g Everest Garam Masala
  • 100 g Red Chili Powder
  • 100 g Salt
  • 20 g Turmeric Powder

Instructions

  1. 1. Rinse the foxtail millet thoroughly and cook it in a pot with water until soft and fluffy. Let it cool completely.
  2. 2. In a mixing bowl, combine the cooked millet, mixed vegetables, capsicum, grated paneer, chopped coriander leaves, and green chili.
  3. 3. Add cumin powder, coriander powder, turmeric powder, garam masala, red chili powder, and salt to the mixture, and mix well.
  4. 4. Sprinkle the whole wheat flour and rice flour into the mixture, and knead into a firm dough.
  5. 5. Divide the dough into equal portions and shape each portion into small, flat patties.
  6. 6. Heat a tawa or non-stick pan over medium heat and add 1-2 teaspoons of oil.
  7. 7. Place the patties on the tawa and pan-fry them in batches, flipping occasionally, until both sides are golden brown and crisp.
