Ingredients

  • - Malai Paneer
  • 500 g Onion
  • 200 ml Mustard Oil
  • 100 g Coriander Leaves
  • medium Chilli Green Long
  • 100 g Lemon
  • 500 g Capsicum Green
  • - Coriander Powder
  • 50g Everest Garam Masala
  • - Green Peas
  • 100 g Jeera
  • 100 g Red Chili Powder
  • 100 g Salt
  • 500 g Tomato - Hybrid
  • 20 g Turmeric Powder

Instructions

  1. 1. Heat 2 tablespoons of oil on a tawa or flat pan over medium heat. Add cumin seeds and let them crackle for 30 seconds.
  2. 2. Add the finely chopped onion and sauté until golden brown, about 3-4 minutes.
  3. 3. Stir in the green chili (if using), turmeric powder, and coriander powder, cooking for another 1 minute.
  4. 4. Add the chopped tomato and cook until soft and mushy, about 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  5. 5. Mix in the bell pepper, green peas, and red chili powder, cooking for 3-4 minutes until the vegetables are tender but still slightly crunchy.
