- 500 g Onion
- 200 ml Mustard Oil
- 100 g Coriander Leaves
- medium Chilli Green Long
- 100 g Lemon
- 500 g Capsicum Green
- - Coriander Powder
- 50g Everest Garam Masala
- - Green Peas
- 100 g Jeera
- 100 g Red Chili Powder
- 100 g Salt
- 500 g Tomato - Hybrid
- 20 g Turmeric Powder
Instructions
- 1. Heat 2 tablespoons of oil on a tawa or flat pan over medium heat. Add cumin seeds and let them crackle for 30 seconds.
- 2. Add the finely chopped onion and sauté until golden brown, about 3-4 minutes.
- 3. Stir in the green chili (if using), turmeric powder, and coriander powder, cooking for another 1 minute.
- 4. Add the chopped tomato and cook until soft and mushy, about 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- 5. Mix in the bell pepper, green peas, and red chili powder, cooking for 3-4 minutes until the vegetables are tender but still slightly crunchy.
- 6. Add the crumbled paneer to the pan and stir well to combine with the vegetables and spices.
- 7. Sprinkle garam masala and salt to taste, cooking for another 2-3 minutes until the flavors are well incorporated.
- 8. Turn off the heat and garnish with chopped coriander leaves and a squeeze of lemon juice before serving.
