Ingredients
- 500 Grms Ragi / Nachni Atta Millets Atta 500 Grms
- 50G Green Chilies
- 100 g Curry Leaves
- 100G Oleo
- 200 g Dahi
- 100 g Coriander Leaves
- 100 g Jeera
- 500 g Moong Dal
- 100 g Salt
- 500g Swad Roasted Rice Powder 500g
- 20 g Turmeric Powder
Instructions
- 1. Rinse the green gram thoroughly and soak it in water for 6-8 hours or overnight.
- 2. Drain the soaked green gram and blend it into a smooth batter, adding a small amount of water if necessary.
- 3. In a mixing bowl, combine the green gram batter with ragi flour, plain yogurt, rice flour, cumin seeds, turmeric powder, and salt.
- 4. Add chopped green chilies, curry leaves, and coriander to the batter, mixing well to incorporate evenly.
- 5. Heat a non-stick pan or griddle over medium heat and lightly grease it with vegetable oil.
- 6. Pour a ladleful of batter onto the pan, spreading it into a thin circle to form a pancake. Cook for 2-3 minutes on one side until golden brown.
- 7. Flip the pancake carefully and cook the other side for another 2-3 minutes until crispy and cooked through.
- 8. Repeat the process with the remaining batter, greasing the pan lightly as needed.
