- 250 g Spinach
- 250 g Carrot
- 500 g Onion
- 200 g Black Salt
- 100 g Salt
- 200 g Dahi
- 100 g Coriander Leaves
- 200 ml Mustard Oil
- - Tortilla Wraps
- medium Chilli Green Long
- 100 g Jeera
- 1Bunch Pudina
- 100 g Red Chili Powder
- 20 g Turmeric Powder
Instructions
- 1. In a mixing bowl, combine gram flour, turmeric powder, cumin seeds, red chili powder, black salt, regular salt, and enough water to form a smooth batter.
- 2. Add the chopped spinach, grated carrot, onion, and green chili to the batter and mix well until evenly combined.
- 3. Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat, drizzle a teaspoon of oil, and pour a ladleful of the batter onto the pan, spreading it into a thin pancake. Cook for 2-3 minutes on each side until golden brown. Repeat for the remaining batter.
- 4. In a small bowl, mix plain yogurt with mint chutney and finely chopped coriander leaves to prepare the tangy yogurt chutney.
- 5. Warm the whole wheat tortillas on a flat pan for 30 seconds on each side, then place a cooked cheela on each tortilla.
- 6. Spread a spoonful of the yogurt chutney over the cheela, add a few fresh vegetable slices if desired, and roll the tortilla tightly into a wrap.
